Actress and Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda Holden has lost the baby boy she was expecting, her agent said.
The TV star was seven months’ pregnant when she lost the child on Tuesday.
She went to West Middlesex Hospital in Isleworth, west London, after the baby stopped moving. It was later stillborn.
Holden, 39, and her husband Chris Hughes were said to be “utterly devastated” at the loss.
The actress, who also lost a baby last year, only announced the most recent pregnancy in January when she was six months’ pregnant. The couple have a five-year-old daughter Lexi.
The couple’s spokeswoman Alison Griffin said: “They are utterly devastated.
“Amanda had been closely monitored throughout her pregnancy and it is not yet known what went wrong.
