Drake Cast in Indie Flick Arbitrage

Sorry Degrassi fans. We regret to inform you that wheelchair Jimmy will not be returning to his former stomping grounds. That time has passed.
No, actually, Drake is in talks to star in a new movie – a thriller called Arbitrage. The cast of the indie flick already includes Susan Sarandon and Eva Green, but there is no word on who Drake would actually play. The story centers around a “hedge fund magnate who is in over his head and desperate to complete the sale of his shady trading empire to a major bank before his fraud is revealed.”
We don’t imagine he’ll take the lead, but we hope he has a pretty significant role. Say what you will about his Degrassi days, he was very good! We’re excited for him!
